Our tenant placement comes with a lease term guarantee. If the tenant does not complete the first term of their lease, the leasing fee is pro-rated back to the owner on the new tenant. Also the minimum management fee is not charged to the services of tenant replacement.

About St. Petersburg
When I first came to the area in 1979, I was in the urban mining business. We called it a junkyard, now it is called architectural salvage. Prior to the wrecking ball we would come through the buildings and remove anything of re-usable value; doors, windows, cabinets, you name it. Once the higher valued items were removed we would then go back and strip the properties of semi-precious metals for scap. This experience gave me great insight into construction and repairs of buildings.
